Make up lesson and cancellation

• If you or the teacher notify the change of the time or the date by three hours prior to the lesson by message or phone call, both parties should accept it and discuss about a make up date or time at both parties convenience. Online lesson will be considered when it seems difficult to have a class in person.
• When you notify a change of the lesson time or the date by less than three hours prior to the lesson, it will be considered as a cancellation and neither the refund nor a make up lesson will apply.
• When you are taking a groups class , you can’t change the time or the date unless there is an available class to fit you in. Otherwise it will be treated as a cancellation and neither the refund nor a make up lesson will apply.
• In case you miss a class, you can have a follow up materials that you can study at home.

Payment

• The minimum number of the lesson times in each month is four and it should be paid by the end of the previous month.

Withdrawal from school

• You can withdraw from school anytime, however, it won’t be a refund or such.
